We kindly ask that customers provide basic cleaning equipment such as a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket where possible. This makes the service more practical for our cleaners by reducing the need to transport heavy items between properties, while also helping to avoid cross contamination, as some clients may prefer that equipment such as vacuum cleaners has not been used in other homes.

If you do not have the necessary equipment available, please let us know before your appointment and we will do our best to arrange a suitable solution.

No, you do not need to be at home while the clean is taking place. Many of our clients choose to provide access instructions in advance so they can carry on with their day. If you would prefer to be present, that is absolutely fine too.

If you need to reschedule your clean, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate your preferred new date and time, subject to availability. We recommend giving as much notice as possible to help us make the necessary arrangements.
